We have been using your R3 frame-grabber board successfully in our machines for a few years. Suddenly we encountered a problem with it communicating with our system. SysReg.exe and Windows XP device manager indicate that it is OK.

For example, when we try to run your test program Biflow.exe we get the error message:

“Error in function bufin internal error. An error has occurred within the working thread. Look at error stack to find error”

We checked the connection between the R3 and the “camera” (Command Processor for Varian PaxScan 4030CB) and the connections are solid.

Any ideas? Could this be a hardware failure? Do you have any diagnostic software to try?

Also, where do we find the “error stack”?

Most likely this is a hardware failure. Please contact our customer support for information on getting this board repaired.
