we are using a Karbon card attached to a sensors unlimited camera and the imagery we are grabbing is stretched in the horizintal direction. i have been in contact with the camera manufacturer and they suggest that the Data Valid strobe is not matched up between the camera and the camera link interface. can someone suggest where i can access this value for the Karbon card? i am using sdk 5.2
thanks! |

| Very few cameras use Data Valid these days, so not all of the Karbon models\firmware support this signal. However, there is updated firmware for some Karbon models that does support Data Valid. Please send the details of the camera model and the Karbon model to BitFlow support and they should be able to supply new firmware that supports Data Valid. |
